Ingredients

Milk- 1 liter
Sugar- 2 cups
Dry Fruits
Cardamom Powder
Vinegar

Procedure

Boil half liter milk, reduce it to 80 percent. Add one cup sugar and boil for some more time. Add finely chopped dry fruits, cardamom and allow it to cool. Boil other half liter milk. Switch off the flame. After 5 minutes add vinegar to it. Milk curdles. Strain it. Paneer is ready now. Knead it thoroughly. Make it to small balls and flatten slightly. Boil it in sugar syrup for about ten minutes. For sugar syrup, add one cup sugar to four cups water and boil it for 5 minutes. Now it is ready.
